Springsoca Sports Academy is Surulere's premier football developmental hub. Established with a vision to build a sustainable pathway for young African athletes, we represent discipline, excellence, and elite sports education.

Age-Specific developmental structure

We group and train our prospects based on physical and cognitive stages, ensuring optimized long-term player development (LTPD).

Grassroots Foundation

Ages 5 - 12

Focuses on motor skills development, balance, core coordination, and baseline ball mastery. We nurture the joy of the game in a creative, low-pressure atmosphere.

Youth Development Squad

Ages 13 - 16

Transitions players into detailed technical development, spacing, and game dynamics. Introduction to physical conditioning and tactical discipline under game pressure.

Elite Pathway (FDP)

Ages 17 - 23

Intensive training designed for prospects targeting a pro career. Direct exposure to international scouts, tournament fixtures, and elite tactics under SC Roma technical guidelines.
